Prices in the same store and physical stores are not exactly the same. Prices include VAT at the rate in force in Portugal.

Are the products with the indication of “sold out” replaced?

All products are replaced as soon as possible, or removed from the website.

I will receive the same product that I see in the photo?

The photos are taken with high quality, in order to reflect each product in detail. You may find differences in products where the raw material itself and its manufacturing progress influences the final result, such as products manufactured by hand.

Yes, a register is needed. After registering, you can access the website to purchase and change your personal data.

How do I find a particular article?

The products are classified into categories. Access the category that interests you using the top menu, then you can see the products that compose it. To find articles you can also use the search engine at the top.

How do I add an item to the basket?

After choosing an item, its' color (when applicable) and measurement (when applicable), press the “Add to the basket” button.

Can I delete an item from my shopping basket?

Yes. In the shopping basket you can delete the items you do not want, as long as the order has not been submitted.

What steps should I take to place an order?

Press the “Basket” button at the top of the page, on the right side. Press the “Go to Checkout” button. Fill in or confirm the data related to your contacts, your order, billing address, shipping address, transport and payment method.. NOTE: to avoid delay in the delivery of the order, please strictly observe the postal code entered, and make sure that it complies with the xxxx-xxx format of the postal services, in case the address provided for delivery is in Portuguese territory. Do I have access to my invoice on the sales platform?

No. The invoice will follow along with the shipped order, however, on Begreh website, you can consult your purchase history.

How can I check that I made my purchase correctly?

After placing your order, you will receive an email confirming your order. If you do not receive it, you should contact our Customer Support department.

What form of payment can I use to make my puschases?

You can pay with MBWAY, through a MultiBanco reference, or a PayPal account. O Seller uses PayPal Business Services and IfThenPay to process all the payments. Check the companies’ websites to learn more about the services: || When making payment through PayPal, the User is confirming that he is the holder of the card or PayPal account. The authorized amount will be debited at that time.

Yes. You can buy with complete peace of mind. We always make a great effort to have resources to guarantee the security of your purchases and your data. Data is transmitted in SSL encrypted form.

Can I have an invoice in the name of my company?

Yes. In the shopping basket, it is possible to indicate whether the purchase is made, individually or by a company. In this second case, you will be asked for tax data.

Where can I receive my order?

You can receive it at the address you choose (home, work, etc; we do not ship to PO boxes).

Can the delivery market be different from the purchase market?

No. Each market has its online store with its own products, prices and shipping costs, which may vary.

How long it will take for my order to arrive?

Delivery times depend on the selected shipping type. Standart home delivery vary between 2 and 3 working days, (Açores and Madeira between 5 and 9 working days, not initially) and foreign countries between 3 and 7 working days.

Shipping conditions remain at the promotions time?

During the sale season, delivery times can be extended, especially in the first campaigns days.

Can I track the status of my order?

Yes, in Orders placed,  of your account, you can check the status of your orders. You will also receive an email with a link tracking the order, once the order is ready for shipment.

Is it possible to return a product after purchasing it?

Yes, it is possible to return items that have not been used and are in perfect condition, with their respective receipt/ invoice and original packaging. If you want to return a product you must do it by entering your costumer area, selecting the order containing the item, indicating which you want to return and the reason . Returns will be made, whenever possible, using the same payment method used for the purchase. In cases where this is not possible, the User’s bank account IBAN will be requested so that we can process the return.

How can I return an item purchased online?

You must return the product in the same package used for the first delivery. The User must accompany the returned product, all original boxes, instructions/documents and original packaging materials. In the meantime, the returned product will be inspected. Any product that has been damaged, that is not in the same condition in which the User received or that shows signs of use beyond the simple opening of the package, even if including all labeling as originally received by the User, does not give the right to a refund.

What is the deadline for making a return?

The deadline for any return is 14 days from the order shipment confirmation date.

Do I have to pay anything for my return?

The returns costs (such as transportation costs or others) will always, under all circumstances, the responsibility of the User.

After the approval of the return, you will receive the amount in the same way as you made your purchase.

After the approval of the return (items that have not been used must be in perfect condition and have all the interior and exterior tags) you will receive a confirmation email, with the indication that the amount will be credited to your account/payment method.

You should contact our Customer Service department to resolve the issue as soon as possible. reserves the right to refuse returns communicated or sent after the set deadline, or products that are not in the same condition in which they were received.
